Deepika Shrestha: Hi everyone. I'm Deepika Shrestha coming to you from Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, Johns Hopkins University, here in Washington, D. C.

I am representing students of Comparative Environmental Law, a summer online course. We are, all together, seventeen students. Five are from Hopkins Masters Degree program, four of whom are Americans and one is from Ghana. The rest of the 12 students are taking this course from Nepal. We have two tutors, Professor Larry Silverman in Washington, D.C., and Mr. Amir Poudel in Nepal.

Today, I'm going to read questions about the watershed approach and its related issues that have been raised by some of the students. And joining us here to address this question is Dr. Ben Grumbles. He is President of Clean Water America and also former director of Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, and U.S. EPA Assistant Administrator for Water Programs. Dr. Grumbles, it is wonderful to have you here.

Ben Grumbles: Thank you so much.
